Today's unboxing topic is MAIA ACTIVE Packaging, Let's get started. There is two shipping boxes here. I like the pink color logo against full white background. MAIA ACTIVE is a sports brand specially for female yoga clothes. So the packaging is designed to be young, energetic and vigorous. The box material is single cardboard with matte lamination, which makes the shipping box more durable and stronger. Inside is full pink color printing. A strong contrast to the outside white color. One box contains a bra top and the other one contains a yoga pant. Each garment is packed in a EVA frosted plastic bag. This one is ziplock bag style and the other one is snap button plastic bag style. Both garments are wrapped in a blank tissue paper. On top of it is a custom made sticker. Inside the box, we can also find a return policy card and a brochure for brands information.

It is not the first time we talk about shipping box. But this is the best material we have introduce in our videos so far. 210gsm paper board with matte lamination outside and glossy vanishing inside, with1200gsm corrugated paper in between. The advantage of using paperboard with lamination is we have more color choices in printing and the effect can match PMS colors. However, for kraft mailing box, printing color is relatively limited and also the color will change a lot after printing because the color will be absorbed by kraft paper. When it comes to price issue, I should say we need to sacrifice some budget in order to get a better looking. Our suggestion for such a box with 1000pcs MOQ is $2.5, and about 30% lower when quantity reaches to 3000pcs.
Then we move to EVA plastic bags. From MOQ 500pcs, a custom logo EVA bag in about 30*45cm is about $0.4, depends on different thickness and how many colors will be printed on. This packaging item is deserved for investment because of its durable and biodegradable feature. Many garment brands have already used it.
As for tissue paper, it is also popular in garment packaging. The best budget friendly choice is to choose blank tissue paper without any printing, that may cost you $0.02-0.03 only. But if you are willing to spend a little more to get a custom tissue paper with logo printing, it will cost you about $0.06-0.08, with a minimum charge of $180-200.
Last for stickers, it is even cheaper. A custom logo stickers will only cost about $0.01 for 5000pcs. It can be made under small quantity but usually with a minimum charge of at least $150.
